Duties and Responsibilities:
- Recording and production activities based on plan requirements
- Leave Forms and admin related forms handling
- NAV Output Journal management
- Encoding and processing Production Report
- Efficient use of materials, labor, and equipment
- Monitoring productivity and efficiency
- Developing production tracking and quality control systems
- Requisitioning office supplies
- Collaborating on productivity improvement
- Monitoring raw materials and labor costs
- Attendance and overtime tracking
- Ensuring data integrity and compliance with regulations
Qualifications:
- Good communication skills
- Team player with initiative
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, & Power Point
- College graduate
- ISO training preferred
