Salary: 65,00 – 80,00
Position Overview: GGIS GLOBAL is looking for a Team Lead with a USRN license and clinical hospital experience to lead a team in a night shift setting. Must have expertise in BPO healthcare and UMR.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage healthcare professionals in a night shift.
- Coordinate clinical activities for quality patient care.
- Utilize clinical knowledge for complex cases and process improvement.
Qualifications:
- Valid USRN license for New York.
- Clinical hospital experience and understanding of hospital operations.
- Experience in BPO healthcare and UMR processes.
- Proven leadership skills in team management.
