Qualifications:

- Experience: Minimum of 1-3 years in payroll accounting, preferably in Australian accounts.
- Skills:
- Proficiency in payroll software (e.g., Xero, MYOB, or similar) and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong understanding of payroll legislation, tax regulations, and compliance requirements.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with Australian payroll systems and regulations.
- Immediate availability for an interview and start.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
