QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s Degree (In Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.)
- Can lead and motivate a team.
- Skilled in addressing and resolving workplace conflicts effectively.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact with employees at all levels.
- Familiarity with HR policies and procedures for issuing NTEs (Notices to Explain) and DA (Disciplinary Actions)
- Experience with appraisals, feedback, and managing employee performance.
- Preferably with experience as coordinator in a Manpower Agency assigned with a food manufacturing/production.
- With leadership and management skills.
- Knowledge in employee discipline and employee relations is an advantage
- No tattoo
- Willing to be assigned in Mamplasan, Binan Laguna.
- Willing to commute

Pay: Php18,00.00 – Php20,00.00 per month
