We are looking for a dynamic and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Support Agent with proficiency in both English and Thai languages.
The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills in both English and Thai, able to provide exceptional customer service through multiple channels including email, phone, and chat.
Responsibilities include addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction in a timely and professional manner.
Prior experience in customer support or related role is preferred. Training will be provided.
