Requirements:
- At least HS/SHS graduate. (old/new curriculum)
- Must be residing within Metro Manila or Greater Metro Manila (Bulacan, Cavite, or Rizal) Applicants in far away provinces are not qualified.
- NO BPO or Work experience required
- Good computer skills
- Good to excellent English communication skills both spoken and written
- Can start ASAP
- Must have a minimum of 30mbps internet speed and quiet workplace
Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer queries in a timely and accurate way.
- Use computerized systems to access the details of customers.
- Check on the status of customer accounts and track checks and payments made.
- Work with confidential customer information
