Job Purpose:
The Teacher’s Sales Agent is responsible for achieving loan targets and maintaining high-quality loan portfolios. This role involves relationship management and servicing to uphold good loan portfolio standards.
Main Accountabilities:
- Field work.
- Identifying, soliciting, and managing desirable loan accounts in the assigned area.
- Implementing marketing strategies to meet loan origination targets.
- Gathering, assessing, and validating loan requirements and business information for credit evaluation.
- Assessing appropriate funding structures for clients based on their needs.
- Providing insights to improve lending operation policies.
- Conducting collection efforts and other assigned tasks.
- Proactively monitoring accounts for portfolio quality maintenance.
