Qualifications:
- Amenable to working onsite (office-based).
- Filipino Citizen or hold relevant residence status.
- At least 18 years old.
- College Graduate.
- Good to excellent verbal, listening, and communication skills.
- BPO experience is a plus but NOT required.

- Communicating with customers through various channels.
- Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints.
