Qualification:
- Graduate of any 4-year Business course.
- Must have Team Leadership Experience in warehousing or logistics.
- Proficient in oral and written communications.
- Proficient in ERP and warehousing systems like SAP and WMS.
- Willing to start ASAP.
Job Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily attendance, recruitment coordination, and manpower updates.
- Monitor warehouse staffing and operations.
- Allocate employees in shifts and positions efficiently.
- Provide staffing reports and manage timekeeping.
- Coordinate orientation and training programs.
- Ensure accurate inventory and document records.
