Job Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• Proven experience in employee relations, HR management, or similar role.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, including memo drafting.
• Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
• Proactive problem-solving approach and conflict resolution skills.
• Comprehensive understanding of labor relations and employment laws.

Job Description:

• Conduct regular visits to client sites for direct employee engagement.
• Address and coordinate employee concerns promptly.
• Draft memos and communications related to employee relations.
• Implement strategies to enhance employee satisfaction and retention.
• Promote a positive work environment through engagement activities.
• Manage labor relations and ensure compliance with employment laws.
• Collaborate with internal departments to resolve employee issues.
• Maintain and update employee records efficiently.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php20,00.00 – Php30,00.00 per month
