KEY ROLES:

– Responsible monitoring of all stocks and issuance for following area’s; BCD, ILO, TAC, CDO and DVO
– Performs physical count during while visiting area’s and reconcile issuance through MRS and/or Logbook , note any discrepancies and inform the Supervisor
– Inspects the items for physical damages or breakages during shipment and unloading of items to the stockroom per Area, for damage items put into record through IR.
– Arranges and organizes all the items inside the stockroom, following FIFO or First In and First Out basis.
– Properly labels stock items accordingly

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

– College Level/College Grad
– Know dialect of Bisaya
– A minimum of 2 years’ experience as a purchasing associate, or a similar role
– Good customer service skills
– The ability to create strong working relationships with personnel, suppliers, and management.
– Exceptional organizational and time-management skills
– Knows how to navigate Ms. Office applications
– Familiar with SAP, Oracle is a plus

LOCATION: Cagayan De Oro
SALARY: Php 15,000 – Php 17,000 (negotiable)
ARRANGEMENT: On site with field works
