– Develop and execute marketing strategies to increase user acquisition and retention, and drive revenue growth
– Build and manage a local resource group to support the company’s marketing
– Build and expand a portfolio to drive active rates and content diversity, while creating trusted long-term relationships
– Lead kick-off campaigns, manage timelines, assets, and opportunities for optimization, and set clear expectations
– Develop and implement agency management and business development action plans to meet targets and KPIs
– Create and execute events and initiatives for recruiting and developing new and established
– Conduct market research and analysis to identify growth opportunities in market and stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity
– Analyze and report on marketing performance and identify areas for improvement
