Job Purpose: The Sales Support Analyst is responsible for achieving loan targets and maintaining a high-quality loan portfolio. This role involves relationship management and account servicing to ensure portfolio quality.
Main Accountabilities:
- Process loan applications, particularly for buyouts.
- Identify, solicit, and manage desirable loan accounts.
- Implement marketing strategies for loan origination targets.
- Gather and validate loan requirements and business information for credit evaluation.
- Assess funding structures suitable for clients’ needs.
- Monitor accounts proactively for portfolio quality.
- Provide input for operational policy improvement.
- Conduct collection efforts when needed.
