Position Overview:
The Site Director will manage all aspects of our BPO facility including daily operations team leadership and client relationships. This role requires excellent multitasking abilities strong communication skills and the capability to handle a wide range of responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operations Management:
- Oversee daily site operations including staffing training and problem resolution.
- Ensure smooth communication between staff and senior management.
- Monitor and improve operational processes to meet performance goals.
- Team Leadership:
- Lead and support the operations management team.
- Set individual and team goals and develop plans to achieve them.
- Provide temporary coverage and training as needed.
- Client Relations:
- Serve as the main contact for clients addressing their needs and concerns.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Financial and Strategic Oversight:
- Manage the site s budget and financial performance.
- Assist in developing and implementing operational procedures and strategies.
- Compliance and Communication:
- Ensure compliance with company policies and local regulations.
- Regularly interact with all departments and campaign team leaders.
Requirements
Qualifications:- Bachelor s degree in Business Administration Management or a related field; Master s degree preferred.
- At least 3 years of experience in a site director level responsibility. Prefer those with strong operations background with the ability develop and grow startup campaigns. BPO background preferred.
- Experience managing 500 employees and proficiency in Google Suite applications.
- Strong communication organizational and problemsolving skills.
- Ability to multitask and handle diverse responsibilities effectively.
- Must be able to report on site everyday in Cebu
