- Track accounts receivables
- Check the status of submitted claims
- Resubmit claims for appeal
- Send out patient statements
- Handle patient collection phone calls
- Respond to patient inquiries
- Accept phone payments
Minimum Qualifications
- 6 months consultancy contract
- 1 year BPO/Call Center experience
- Desirable: Phone collection & Medical Billing experience
- Excellent English communication skills
- Able to work the Graveyard shift and from home
