Duties and Responsibilities:
- Interpret plans from Consultants into 3D models.
- Convert PDF files to DWG format.
- Resolve clashes with other trades.
- Create construction documents from 3D models.
- Ensure adherence to modelling standards set by clients.
- Deliver projects on time.
- Conduct Quality Assurance & Quality Control on BIM models.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
- Basic knowledge in Revit and Navisworks.
- At least 2 years of site exposure.
- Proficient in CAD.
