Duties/Responsibilities:
Responsible for handling large amounts of customer calls. The main responsibility is to provide all the necessary answers and assistance to ensure customer satisfaction.
Qualifications:
With 1 year Call Center Experience
Excellent English communication skills
Good Interpersonal Skills
Analytical and Problem Solving Skills
Good Comprehension Skills
Basic Knowledge in MS Office
Willing to Work in Shifting Schedule
Upon Hire:
18k Basic Pay + 4k Premium Allowance + 1k Flex fund Allowance
Other Benefits:
20% Night Differential
