Job Type: Fixed term (Contract length: 3 months)
Location: Mabalacat, Pampanga (Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work mandatory)
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Data entry of creditor invoices accurately
- Perform creditor statement reconciliations
- Manage EFT payment runs
- Respond to supplier queries
- Organize accounts-related documents
Required Experience:
- 3 years in accounts payable
- 2 years with Pronto System (preferred)
Minimum Qualifications:
- Excellent numerical and organizational skills
- Strong communication abilities
