General Functions and Tasks:
- Audit reports for client data accuracy for specified periods.
- Identify data inconsistencies and resolve them accordingly.
- Coordinate with Processing, SD, and Coding departments to address issues.
- Send reports to clients as per their service agreement (monthly, quarterly, annual).
- Respond to client inquiries related to sent reports.
- Update workflow documents as per client requests.
Requirements:
- Understanding of utility billing (US clients) is a plus.
- Background in invoice processing.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
- A strong team player.
