About the Role:
As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our valued customers, addressing inquiries and concerns to ensure their satisfaction. Your tasks include:
- Respond to customer inquiries via various channels.
- Provide accurate information about products and services.
- Resolve customer complaints professionally.
- Process requests, maintain client records, and handle billing tasks.
- Escalate complex issues when necessary.
Work Setup: Monday to Friday, 6:00 am – 3:00 pm, Onsite (Philexcel, Clark).
