Qualifications:
– Proven experience in chat-based sales and customer support roles.
– MUST have an experience working in Amazon.
– Excellent written communication skills with a strong command of language.
– Ability to handle multiple chat conversations simultaneously.
– Previous experience in managing sales channels is a plus.
– Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
– Previous experience in sales, customer support, or a related field.
– Familiarity with CRM software and chat platforms.
– Ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.
– Amenable to working any shifts.
– Can start ASAP
