JOB TITLE: Scheduling Coordinator
POSITION: Communication Team
JOB TYPE: 33 hours (Morning PST SHIFT)
COMPENSATION: $6/hour + Commission

We help enhance our client’s lives through transforming their interior spaces and provide a fun, hassle free remodeling experience. Looking For Candidates With:
• Reliable and fast internet connection (this is a must)
• Headset (with clear sound input and output)
• Great communication skills

General Responsibilities:
• Follow our routine and procedures
• Learn & execute our scripts
• Answer inbound and make outbound calls
• Ensure consistent delivery of high-quality customer service
• Other tasks as assigned

Skills Needed for Success:
• Great Phone Etiquette
• Ability to multitask
• Excellent verbal and oral communication skills
• Ability to communicate effectively and concisely
• Excellent Typing Skills – minimum of 45 WPM
• Organization
• Detail Oriented
• Proficiency with Microsoft – Outlook, Word, Excel, Etc.
• Ability to adapt – new procedures, new scripts, new systems…
• Sales experience or call center experience is a plus!
