Social Media Manager with Customer

Full Time

Salary: -

URGENT Position: Social Media Manager with Customer Service Experience
Hours: Monday to Friday, 10am to 6pm EST
Days Off: 2 days off
Start Rate: $800 once hired full time
Proposal: 90 days trial – “show your skills first” basis
Responsibilities:
Social Media Tasks:
– Prepare mid-month SMS/Email campaigns for upcoming sales via Mailchimp.
– Conduct Facebook Group Outreach Campaigns to promote the business.
– Perform weekly personalized check-ins with influencers, managing engagements and follow-ups on weekends.
– Review influencer excel sheets and maintain communication.
– Post and manage the business profile on Yelp.
– Audit patients’ consent for social media tracking.
– Check iCloud photos for approval under designated folders.
– Edit videos for IG Reels and TikTok with trendy and professional styles.
– Edit photos via Canva, including IG stories and creatives for scheduled promotions.
– Post 10 stories daily on the medical director’s and business IG accounts.
– Provide customer service for the medical director’s professional IG account.
– Prepare and manage social media content every 2 weeks, working 3 days a week on SMM tasks.
Managing IG Pages:
– Reshare stories/mentions 5-6 times a day.
– Engage with likes/replies to comments.
– Follow/unfollow within platform restrictions.
– Block spam messages.
– Reply to DMs from influencers.
Administrative Tasks:
– Update the dispute and ads lead trackers.
– Manage and clear work emails.
Call Handling:
– Promptly attend to outbound inquiries via phone, email, text, and social media.
– Work as a customer service representative 2 days a week.
Preferred Skills and Experience:
– Familiarity with Go High Level, Jane, Google Suite, Canva, and transaction auditing tools (Zelle, Square, Cherry, CareCredit).
– Excellent time management and organizational skills.
– High-quality output in social media content creation.
– Professionalism and up-to-date knowledge of trends on reels and TikTok.
Non-Negotiable Requirements:
– Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service and social media management roles.
