Give yourself self-care time
Oftentimes, anxiety and depression will be the cause of your laziness. Having symptoms of such probably means you need to give yourself the self-care you need. Do whatever comfort activity will help you rejuvenate and feel alive and fresh again!

When worse comes to worst and you really aren’t in the right headspace to get out of bed, all you need to do is simply rest. In all honesty, resting is still productive since you are allowing yourself to breathe and recover from mental or physical distress. Even if it’s just for 30 minutes to an hour or two, sometimes laying down and just staring at the ceiling is enough to let yourself calm down and relax.
Listen to your body. You can never let yourself feel guilty about resting, as not everyone needs the same amount of rest as others. If you force yourself to overwork, you’ll just get more tired and anxious.
