Iloilo 3B Business Services, Inc. (Iloilo 3B), is an Information and communications technology company (ICT) which was a subsidiary of Southern Iloilo Telephone Company (SITELCO)
1994, Southern Telephone Company (SITELCO) was a family owned company; an Internet & Telephone provider that has a congressional franchise for 50 years since 1994 within the 1st district of Iloilo that serves over 3000 subscribers.
SITELCO had been consistently dominated the subscribers market in the telecommunications in the 1st district because it has invested in the FIBER connectivity years before PLDT had rolled out FIBER in the area.
2016, PLDT had offered SITELCO an acquisition its assets & subscribers. Iloilo 3B Business Service, Inc. was originated due to the 2 years transition ruling given by the National Telecommunication Commissions since we can no longer use the SITELCO Company.
