Key Responsibilities

• Support Account Managers in daily account operations
• Prepare meeting notes, reports, and status updates
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery
• Assist in campaign execution and content coordination
• Use AI tools to support research, documentation, and reporting
• Track deliverables, deadlines, and approvals
• 1–3 years of experience in marketing, advertising, or communications
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• High attention to detail and ability to multitask
• Willingness to learn and experiment with AI tools
• Resourceful, proactive, and organized
