About The Role

URGENTLY HIRING: CUSTOMER SERVICE OFFICER (INHOUSE)

Work Location: Madrigal Alabang, Muntinlupa

Responsibilities

  • Follow up clients experience in respective clinics/shops.
  • Handle complaints from end to end.
  • Finalizing the refunds of the clients.
  • To offer alternatives for clients in case of complaints.
  • Work closely with the legal team and attorneys
  • Collaborate with all team members and departments.
  • Knowledge of products and services the company offers
  • Other Issues relating to Clients and Customer service.
  • Perform other job-related duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • At least 6 months experience in Customer Service role.
  • With experience in the Aesthetic Industry is a plus.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Excellent customer service.
  • Must be within or near Alabang.
