Safety Officer

Duty and Responsibilities

• Monitor and implement workplace safety procedures and standards.
• Conduct regular safety inspections in restaurants and head office.
• Ensure compliance with DOLE regulations and labor safety requirements.
• Prepare and submit DOLE reports and other required government documents.
• Investigate accidents, incidents, and safety concerns.
• Conduct safety orientation and training for employees.
• Maintain records of safety reports, permits, and compliance documents.
• Coordinate with management regarding safety improvements and compliance updates.
