Main tasks

  1. Source candidates via Jobstreet, LinkedIn, or FB.
  2. Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews.
  3. Assist onboarding of new hires.
  4. Encoding and Updating employees personal data.

Qualifications

  1. Grad of any 4-year course. Psych preferred but not required.
  2. With 6 months recruitment/sourcing experience.
  3. Good communication & phone skills
  4. Organized at marunong sa Excel/Google Sheets.
  5. Can start ASAP!
