• Rainbow Bakery is looking for a dedicated and knowledgeable HR Officer to join our growing team!
• 💼 Position: Human Resources (HR) Officer
• 📍 Location: Cebu City
• 💰 Salary: ₱20,000 – ₱25,000 (depending on experience and qualifications)

Key Responsibilities

• Handle recruitment, onboarding, and employee documentation
• Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with company policies
• Process payroll coordination, attendance, and employee concerns
• Ensure compliance with Philippine labor laws, government benefits, and HR regulations
• Manage employee relations and workplace discipline professionally
• Assist in implementing company policies, rules, and HR procedures

Qualifications

• ✔ Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field
• ✔ Proven experience in HR or administrative work is preferred
• ✔ Knowledgeable in Philippine labor laws, payroll, SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, BIR, and government compliance processes
• ✔ Strong organizational and communication skills
• ✔ Detail-oriented, professional, and trustworthy
• ✔ Can work onsite in Cebu City
