Job description

  • Responsible for warranty Claims processing
  • Receiving and processing all customer complaints regarding warranty.
  • Responsible for warranty claims database monitoring.
  • Explains warranty/policy prior to the release of the unit.

Qualifications

  • A Bachelor's/College Degree in automotive technology is an advantage but not required
  • At least 1 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Experience in the automotive industry is an advantage.

Computer Literate (PDF, Microsoft Word, or Excel)

  • Willing to be assigned in Kia Mandaue
  • Can start IMMEDIATELY
