Job Title: HR Manager

  • Employment Type: PH Full time (Remote)
  • Years of Experience: At least 8 years
  • Working Schedule: Monday – Friday (8:00 AM – 5:00 PM PT/US business hours) - might vary

Budget: Php 80-150K

HR Manager (BPO Industry)

We are seeking an experienced and proactive HR Manager to lead and oversee our human resources operations. The ideal candidate has a strong background in the BPO industry, extensive HR management experience, and the ability to support a fast-paced, multicultural work environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily HR operations including employee relations, performance management, compliance, and policy implementation
  • Develop and execute HR strategies aligned with company goals
  • Manage employee onboarding, engagement, retention, and disciplinary processes
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, government regulations, and company policies
  • Handle compensation and benefits administration
  • Oversee payroll processing and HR documentation
  • Coordinate and support tax-related filings and government compliance requirements; experience dealing with the tax bureau is highly preferred
  • Partner with leadership and department managers regarding workforce planning and organizational development
  • Support recruitment initiatives for key positions when necessary
  • Maintain and improve HR systems, processes, and reporting
  • Foster a positive, professional, and inclusive workplace culture

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 8+ years of Human Resources experience
  • Previous experience working in a BPO company is required
  • Strong knowledge of HR best practices, labor laws, compliance, and employee relations
  • Experience handling payroll, tax filings, and government compliance is a strong advantage
  • Proven experience managing HR operations independently
  • Strong leadership, communication, and conflict-resolution skills
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience managing multicultural and diverse employees or global teams is a strong plus
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
