Qualifications

• ✅ With experience as a Telephone Operator, Receptionist, or related role is an advantage
• ✅ Good communication and interpersonal skills
• ✅ Knowledgeable in handling incoming and outgoing calls professionally
• ✅ Computer literate and familiar with basic office applications
• ✅ Can work with minimal supervision
• ✅ Willing to work on shifting schedules

Job Responsibilities

• Answer and route incoming calls promptly and professionally
• Relay messages accurately to concerned departments or personnel
• Provide information and assistance to callers
• Maintain proper call records and logs as required
• Perform other administrative tasks assigned by management

• ✅ Willing to work overtime and on-site when required

• Install, assemble, and maintain wooden structures and fixtures
• Ensure quality workmanship and adherence to safety procedures
• Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition
