QUALIFICATION

• Education: At least a High School diploma or College Level, with a Bachelor’s degree in Business or Marketing highly preferred for larger companies.
• Driving & Mobility: A valid driver’s license (often restricted to non-professional or restriction 1, 2, 3) and owning a motorcycle are massive advantages, as fieldwork is a daily requirement.
• Experience: 1 to 3 years of field sales, merchandising, or route-to-market distribution experience is a distinct advantage, though many entry-level roles are open to trained beginners.
• Key Skills: Excellent customer service, strong interpersonal communication, basic stock inventory knowledge, and strong negotiation skills.
