Manage day-to-day administrative and office operations
Handle correspondence, phone calls, and emails professionally
Maintain filing systems, records, and databases
Coordinate schedules, meetings, and appointments
Prepare reports, documents, and internal communications
Monitor office supplies and coordinate purchases
Assist management with administrative and clerical tasks

🎓 Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business Administration or related field (preferred)
Proven experience as an Administrative Staff or similar role
Accounting work experience is a plus
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
