Qualifications

• ✅ Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Management, Behavioral Science, or related field
• ✅ At least 2 years of experience in Employee Relations, Labor Relations, or HR Discipline Management
• ✅ Knowledgeable in Philippine Labor Laws, DOLE regulations, and disciplinary case management
• ✅ Experience handling employee concerns, investigations, grievances, and conflict resolution
• ✅ Strong communication, counseling, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• ✅ Highly organized, analytical, and able to maintain confidentiality
• ✅ Experience in labor litigation (DOLE/NLRC) is an advantage
