About The Role
Join Flagright, a fast-growing company in the fintech space, as a Senior Partnerships Manager. In this high-ownership role, you will define and execute the partnerships strategy, recruit and activate high-impact partners, and drive co-selling motions that convert into closed deals. You will work closely with Sales, Marketing, and Product to ensure partners are effectively enabled and positioned in the market. This position requires a proven track record of building and scaling high-impact partnerships that drive measurable revenue outcomes, as well as experience in channel sales or partner enablement within B2B enterprise SaaS.
- Defining and executing the partnerships strategy, recruiting and activating high-impact partners, and driving co-selling motions that convert into closed deals.
- Building and managing executive-level partner relationships, establishing scalable programs that drive consistent partner engagement and long-term growth across the North American market.
- Tracking and optimizing partner performance, including pipeline contribution, deal progression, and revenue outcomes, and providing strategic insights to leadership on ecosystem opportunities.

- Proven track record of building and scaling high-impact partnerships that drive measurable revenue outcomes
- Strong strategic thinking with the ability to navigate complex stakeholder dynamics and align diverse incentives
- 3+ years of channel sales or partner enablement experience within B2B enterprise SaaS, ideally across fintech, payments, banking, compliance, risk, or financial infrastructure
- Willing and able to travel up to 50% of the time
- Ability to translate strategy into clear execution plans and operate effectively in ambiguous, fast-moving environments
- Data-driven mindset, with the ability to measure partnership ROI, analyze performance, and identify optimization levers
