Excellent English communication skills — clear, neutral, professional delivery
Comfortable calling C-suite and senior HR/Finance professionals
Basic understanding of payroll, HR processes, or SaaS products is a strong advantage
Resilient and self-motivated — thrives in a target-driven environment
Proficient with CRM tools and basic computer navigation
Familiarity with Singapore or Malaysia business culture is a plus
