Collaborate with the sales team to gather customer requirements and own the technical side of the sales process.
Design and refine conversational AI agents, lead hands-on trials with prospects, and analyze conversational data.
Translate findings into clear narratives that resonate with business and technical stakeholders, and collaborate cross-functionally to ensure trial success.
This ideal candidate has great communication skills and is comfortable speaking to all levels of the organization
Familiarity with APIs and authentication methods (e.g., REST, OAuth 2.0)
A degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent experience—what matters most is your ability to learn and deliver
Curiosity about AI and some experience with prompt engineering (formal or self-taught)
A collaborative, get-things-done mindset
Clear written and verbal communication, with an ability to tailor your message
2+ years in a Solutions Engineering or similar customer-facing technical role
Bonus: Experience with tools like Postman, Grok, Salesforce and Zendesk
