About The Role

Join Tiger Data as an FP&A Analyst, where you will play a crucial role in driving financial planning and analysis for our fast-growing business. You will be responsible for headcount planning, cost of goods sold analysis, marketing spend evaluation, and preparing executive materials for our leadership team and Board. Ownership of planning and analysis across headcount, cost of goods sold, marketing spend, and recurring forecast updates.
Preparation of recurring financial slides, executive materials, and written performance updates that explain what changed, why it changed, and what requires attention.
Improvement of recurring FP&A processes, templates, and reporting workflows so the finance organization can operate with greater speed and consistency.
Can move from financial data to a clear written explanation of business performance
Have strong spreadsheet and financial modeling skills and are comfortable working with large or imperfect datasets
Are curious about how AI can improve finance workflows and have demonstrated sound judgment in applying AI tools to analytical work
Are comfortable partnering directly with department leaders and asking thoughtful questions when assumptions or spending plans do not make sense
Can independently manage recurring financial processes and produce accurate work with limited supervision
