About The Role

Join our Finance team as a Billing Coordinator on a 12-month fixed-term contract. In this role, you will be responsible for managing client billing, invoicing, and account changes, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in all processes. You will also support month-end reporting and build strong relationships with various teams and clients. This is a great opportunity for someone with experience in billing, accounts receivable, or finance administration who enjoys problem-solving and working in a fast-paced environment.

Excellent organisation skills and the ability to manage competing priorities
Previous experience in Billing, Accounts Receivable, Finance Administration, or a similar role within Retail, Hospitality or Real Estate essential
Strong Excel skills
Strong attention to detail paired with commercial awareness
A proactive, solutions-focused mindset
Experience with SAP Business ByDesign, Salesforce, or Nexudus would be advantageous
Confident working with stakeholders at all levels
