As an Industrial Data & Performance Specialist, you will play a key role in driving the company's digital transformation and electrification strategy. You will be responsible for industrial data ownership, performance analysis, and collaboration with stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in industrial data, manufacturing analytics, or performance analysis, and a strong understanding of industrial data flows and analytics tools.

• Act as Subject Matter Expert (SME) for industrial data platforms, ensuring data quality, consistency, governance, and documentation.
• Analyze industrial and operational data to identify performance improvement opportunities across sites, processes, and assets.
• Design, develop, and deploy standardized dashboards, KPIs, and analytics tools for industrial sites, ensuring usability and adoption.
