About The Role

Join Stream, a leading company in the social community building space, as a Sales Development Representative (SDR) in our Boulder office. In this role, you will support our sales team with outbound efforts, craft thoughtful messaging, conduct high-quality discovery, and set qualified meetings with prospects. You will also collaborate with Account Executives, maintain accurate CRM data, and stay informed about Stream's product and competitive landscape. This is a full-time position with a focus on driving top-funnel performance and shaping the first impression prospects have of Stream.

Identifying, researching, and qualifying new business opportunities through targeted outbound prospecting.
Crafting thoughtful outbound messaging, running crisp qualification through cold calls, and personalizing outreach daily.
Collaborating with Account Executives by attending intro calls and ensuring seamless handoffs.
Experience using CRMs and sales engagement tools
Strong business acumen with the ability to think on your feet

Excellent written and verbal communication: persuasive, confident, and authentic
Ability to handle rejection, stay resilient, and stay motivated
6+ months SDR or outbound lead gen experience at a tech company
Proven cold calling + emailing skills with examples of success
Experience at a SaaS startup
Exposure to API-driven products or developer-focused solutions
Fluent in Spanish
Experience with the LATAM Market
