About The Role

Join DiliTrust, a leading SaaS provider in the Legal Tech industry. As the Head of Account Management for France, you will lead a team of 8 Account Managers, driving upsell and cross-sell initiatives within our existing customer base. You will define and implement the national account management strategy, establish clear KPIs, and collaborate closely with various departments to ensure a seamless customer journey. The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of experience in Account Management or Sales, a strong understanding of B2B client retention and expansion, and fluency in French and English.
