About The Role

In this role, you will manage and develop the People Operations team, oversee the entire employee lifecycle, and ensure compliance across multiple countries. - Gérer, structurer et développer l'équipe des opérations RH, superviser l'ensemble du cycle de vie des employés.
- Surveiller les questions RH dans 8 pays, collaborer avec les parties prenantes locales et les fournisseurs externes.
- Construire et garantir la fiabilité des tableaux de bord RH et des indicateurs clés de performance.
