About The Role

Join Evolve as an Outbound Sales Development Representative (SDR) and be a key player in driving new homeowner revenue. In this role, you will engage and qualify leads through outbound lead funnels, respond to inbound requests, and manage a large pipeline using SalesLoft and Salesforce. Engaging and qualifying leads through outbound lead funnels to book high-intent meetings for the sales team.
Managing a large pipeline of marketing-generated leads, nurtured leads, and existing owners upsells using SalesLoft and Salesforce.
Participating in regular training and skill sessions, collaborating closely with peers to optimize sales strategies.
A bias for action and pragmatic, yet creative solutions that help drive progress and efficiency within the organization
Experience in Salesforce and/or Salesloft highly preferred
Adaptable and flexible in a rapidly changing environment
Professional verbal and written communication skills
Strong time management skills and can achieve maximize productivity by being organized and detail-oriented
A goal-oriented, competitive mentality, with a strong work ethic, and grit
1+ years of experience in a consultative phone sales and/or sales development role
Contribute to the sales playbook by using it consistently and reflecting on opportunities for improvement
You are a self-motivated individual contributor with an interest in growing your Sales career
Capable of executing a high amount of touchpoints including up to 100 calls/day, plus emails and texts
You are confident in building rapport & handling objections
You are an active listener, diligent note taker, and strategically manage your time
