• Support the annual performance review process by coordinating key milestones and communications, following up with employees and managers, and preparing promotion templates.
• Assist in staffing coordination for consultants and interns, maintaining workload planning and staffing data, and ensuring staffing requests align with project pricing.
• Perform data quality checks across operational tools, contribute to monthly reporting and operational dashboards, and monitor project data accuracy.
