About The Role

Join our Financial Operations team as a Treasury Operations Analyst. In this role, you will oversee operational functions related to FIAT and Crypto treasury flows, ensuring operational efficiency, risk mitigation, and process automation. You will collaborate closely with various teams, develop automation tools, investigate cash reconciliation breaks, and stay updated on market trends and regulatory developments. Oversee the operational functions related to FIAT and Crypto treasury flows, ensuring operational efficiency, risk mitigation, and process automation.
Monitor and manage all non-linear financial operations, with a primary focus on treasury operations and controls, lifecycle event management, settlement processes and reconciliations.
Collaborate closely with product, trading, risk, treasury, and finance teams to ensure seamless execution, funding optimization, and proper risk controls.
Excellent communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally
Experience working with multiple banking partners, payment gateways and processors
Knowledge of DeFi products and protocols is a plus but not required
4+ years of experience in financial operations, preferably within treasury, compliance and reconciliations
Strong understanding of cash and liquidity management operations
Strong attention to detail, ability to multitask, and work in a fast-paced environment
Bachelor’s degree in finance, business administration, or a related field
Proficiency in SQL and Python is a plus
