As the Technical Lead for our new software-based quantum error correction stack, DF-AMO, you will own the technical development of this product, working closely with various teams and shaping the technical roadmap. Technical development of the software-based quantum error correction stack, DF-AMO, ensuring scalability and flexibility.
Collaboration with engineering, research, product, and customer teams to turn industry-leading decoding technology into a production-ready system.
Mentoring and developing a growing team of engineers, fostering a culture of collaboration and delivery.
Comfortable learning quantum error correction fundamentals to enable close collaboration with our QEC research teams
Experience line managing other engineers
Strong ability to collaborate and communicate with a diverse team
Experience delivering complex software products from concept through to deployment and customer adoption
Performant multi-process software
GPU-accelerated computing
Modern compiler infrastructures
Excellent software skills, particularly in C++, with Python experience also being beneficial
Proven experience in leading small to medium technical efforts (5+ people)
