About The Role

Join Borrowell, a leading fintech company, as a Senior Partnerships Manager. In this remote-first role, you will be responsible for managing day-to-day partnership relations, identifying and closing partner proposals, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. Deep analytical skills and experience using CRM systems, dashboards, and partner performance data
5+ years experience with roles that may include customer success, account management, and business development
Detail oriented and comfortable building out scalable processes
Excellent presentation, facilitation, verbal and written communication skills
Passion for experimentation and new ideas
Experience scaling partnerships for a startup
Experience in the FinTech industry or Financial Services
Bachelor’s degree in business, commerce, or related field (or equivalent experience)
